| Went running with my brother Nate (check him out at http://bundynate.fastrunningblog.com/ !!). He ran out to my house, did 5.7 with me then ran home. | Ran the loop by my house again! surprise! This time i kept a really nice pace, well nice for me at least. I doubt I would have been able to keep up the pace for much longer, like.. marathon length.. but that's what training is for!
